This is perhaps my favorite smoothie yet! Here’s what I put in this one:
(I added a scoop or as recommended serving sizes for the powders.)
Plant based protein, Maca powder, Chia seeds, 1/2 avocado, blueberries, cherries, MCT oil, almond milk, ice.
One thing to pay attention to is balancing healthy fats, greens and veggies especially when you’re using fruit.
