Before I was a physician, I was a high school basketball player just like you! I went on to play at the collegiate level, too, so I know exactly what the challenges of outshining your competition.

Dr. Delice Coffey

Dr. Coffey is a certified mental game coach, cognitive behavioral therapist and reality therapist. The founder of Living Well Center, she works with high school basketball and football teams as their mental game coach, and she’s also worked with the WNBA and NBA. With a focus on youth sports psychology, there’s no one better to help you train your brain the same way you’d train your body.

Kevin Kieras

Based out of Denver, Colorado, Kevin is the owner of Performance Movement and has spent more than 15 years working with clients at the high school level all the way up to the NBA. His specialty is looking at the big picture and using joint-by-joint analysis to increase joint range and build strength. His session will leave you feeling calm and confident in your game plan for sustaining a long-term career.

Dr. Alvin Dike

Dr. Alvin is an NBA performance coach & physiotherapist for the Brooklyn Nets. Throughout his career, he’s worked specifically with athletes because of his passion for targeted exercises to optimize training, practicing and playing at your best. A college basketball player himself, he has a deep knowledge of strength training for jumping higher, running faster, and bouncing back from an injury.

Dr. Nicole MacLellan

Dr. MacLellan, aka Dr. Kokes, is a naturopathic doctor and registered dietitian. She’s passionate about regenerative medicine and its ability to improve recovery outcomes for total performance optimization. With several additional certificates in sports nutrition, she has an expansive knowledge of the best breathwork and recovery techniques that will elevate your training routine.
