Colorful, Clean, and a Side of Green

Nutrition is simple! Summer supper: lemon-garlic tuna steak seared in ghee with a kale & cucumber salad seasoned with (cold-pressed, organic) olive oil and balsamic vinegar, topped with nutritional yeast, Himalayan salt and pepper, decorated with an organic edible flower.

This will be a repeated dish.
