Hi there,

I’m Dr. Bethany Tennant. I started loving sports as a little girl when I would tag along after my older brothers to the neighborhood basketball court. Having gone on to play basketball at the college level (while studying pre-med), I understand how challenging it can be to achieve peak athletic performance while maintaining balance in life. 

I see a lot of athletes focus on counting calories or macronutrients for sustained energy. While I agree that foundational nutrition is important, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. 

A naturopathic and functional medicine approach goes deeper to uncover hidden limitations. It’s a whole-body approach that focuses on the root cause of symptoms. We focus on balance and prevention to give you the best opportunity for success.
